Over the past years, I have created designs for the underwater world, experiences inside ‘living‘ sculptures, and community-oriented architectural designs to enhance livability in urban environments. My aim is to inspire and to stay inspired.

R&D

Computer Graphics
Philosophy. Sci-fi literature. An unquenched thirst for a better understanding of our world. I believe computer graphics has the power to enhance architectural language and design process, while bettering visual communication.
Architecture
Not a space. Not a shape. Not a shelter. An experience. Intergenerational design approaches for developing communities, where art and technology help enhance livability.
Visual Communication in Landscape Architecture
Researching various physical effects and phenomena, and helping visually re-create them by synthetic designs.
Form-finding
Alien-shaped, organic, rigid, Blade-Runner-inspired, form-finding is not about the shape, as it is about telling a story, building up a manifesto, and ultimately solving an issue, creating a ‘home’ in harmony with its inhabitants.
Storytelling
Urban systems impact one another. Interacting with a moving ‘living’ sculpture generates an individual experience. Games and learning go hand in hand. In the end, what stays with us, is a story.
